JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S.Case No. 149 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR allegation is of firing among two groups and there is also allegation of firing against the petitioners. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that FIR itself shows that there was firing between two groups but none has received injury and no specific allegation is attributed against any of the petitioners and considering the same two of the co-accused persons have been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6453 of 2019(4) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 10.1.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.78654 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Hulasganj P.S.Case No. 149 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
