The petitioner seeks regular bail in Panapur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2012 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The wife of the petitioner was found using the looted mobile. The petitioner was arrested in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 72/12 and he was remanded in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2014. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. as yet. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate,
