Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kinder P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. His name surfaced in the instant case on the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2019.
