JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Heard Mr. Abhinav Ashok, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2020 dated 07.11.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the sister of the husband of the deceased, who got married very early in life and has not been staying in the house in which the deceased resided with her husband.

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the general and omnibus nature of accusation against the petitioner only because of her relationship with the husband of the deceased,

No.17972 of 2021(2) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
