====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2025 The present petition has been filed seeking modification of order dated 31.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54760 of 2024 by this Court.

2. While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it was directed that in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of order, the petitioner would be released on bail apart from other conditions.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a very poor person and has been residing in Gujarat and working in textile mill for earning his livelihood. The concerned lawyer as well as the family members have not given proper information to him for surrendering before the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8497 of 2025(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 trial court and for this reason he could not appear before the learned trial court within the stipulated period. There is no deliberate or willful disobedience.

4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the averment made in the criminal miscellaneous petition, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court within eight weeks from today, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee to be paid within four weeks.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the order dated 31.08.2024 stands modified.
