The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"a. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the memo no.146 dated 19/03/18 as contained in Annexure- 11 issued by the respondent no. 3 whereby and where under the respondent no.3 has vacated the stay order and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6214 of 2018(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 allowed fishing in Chakki Moin Patailia jalkar, may be issued.

b. During the pendency of the present application the respondents may be directed to restrain the respondent no.8 from fishing in Chakki Moin Patailia.

c. For any other relief/reliefs which may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."

On perusal of the records it transpires that an interlocutory application (I.A. no.1 of 2022) has been filed praying therein for the following reliefs:

"1. That through this interlocutory application the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application as the petitioner does not want to pursue the same and also the writ has become infructuous due to lapse of time."
