It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a PPO regarding pension has been issued from the office of the Accountant General dated 09.03.2017 fixing monthly pension of Rs. 12,540/-, as contained in Annexure-1, but the same has not yet been credited in his account and petitioner retired from the post of Cooperative Extension Officer with effect from 30.09.2016 from Nawada District.

3. This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents District Cooperative Officer, Nawada and the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna to release the pension of the petitioner, as stated in the PPO dated 09.03.2017 within a period of two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order before them.
