The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.03.2022 passed in Mutation Appeal No. 677 of 2012-13 by the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Katihar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present order has been passed under Bihar Land Mutation Act,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2677 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 2011 which is revisable before the Additional Collector/Collector under Section 8 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.

In this background that the order under challenge is revisable. Petitioner is directed to avail his remedy of mutation revision within 30 days from passing of this order before the competent authority under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed off.
