JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 15-09-2017 It appears from the documents on record that the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya (in short 'University') has recommended grant of affiliation in favour of the petitioner-Gurua

Patna High Court CWJC No.13067 of 2017 dt.15-09-2017 2/2 Evening College, Gurua, Gaya, in the year 2015 for the Academic Sessions 2013-14 to 2015-16. The State Government does not appear to have taken a final decision. It appears from the record that an earlier move to grant approval for affiliation has been rejected by the State Government in the year 2014.

2. Be that as it may, let a decision be taken by the State of Bihar on the recommendation made by the University for approval/grant of affiliation for the Academic Sessions, in question, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. This application stands disposed of with the observation as above.

4. If the decision of the State Government goes in favour of the petitioner-college, the consequences shall follow and admitted students of the college may be allowed to appear at the examination, if permissible under the law.
