The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have come with two unknown persons and those two unknown persons fired at Naveen Singh causing his death. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false but the case proceeded on protest.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38867 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge I/C, 1st, Aurangabad in S. Tr. No. 262/ 15 16/15 arising out of Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 95/2015.
