The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that truck of the informant was stolen away by some unknown miscreants.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner sprang up only on the basis of confessional

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
