This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R vide Katihar (T) P.S. Case No. 662 of 2015 against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, charge-sheet has not been submitted by the police. The investigating agency i.e. Katihar Police is directed to conclude the investigation within six months from today.
