Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have given knife blow causing injury on the chest of the deceased and the aforesaid accusation is corroborated by post mortem report, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. case no. 245/2014 pending in the court of the Sri Mukesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned court stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
