JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sanhaulla P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution report, there is allegation of snatching of Rs. 1,30,250/- on the point of pistol and other articles by some miscreants.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they were not named in the First Information Report but later on their name transpired on the confessional statement of the coaccused. Further, there was no recovery from the possession of the petitioners and they have been in judicial custody since 15.11.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7065 of 2020(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above submissions, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaulla P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018.
