The petitioner seeks bail in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 128/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 295A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others were depositing money in the name of Mahadev and collected a heavy amount. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 31.01.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
