2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 3 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 392 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, while committing loot, unknown criminals have killed the deceased.

4. The motorcycle used in the killing of the deceased has been recovered from the house of the petitioner who has participated in the crime.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2024.

6. Considering the serious allegations of loot and murder against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10318 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
