JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that the petitioner participated in the alleged crime, in which, extortion money was demanded and when demand was refused, co-accused opened fire and furthermore also taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about four cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa stands rejected.
