2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for cancellation of Basgit Parcha issued on 11.3.17 in the name of Respondent No. 4 to 8 over the land of petitioner which he got through registered deed of gift by one Raj Narayan Vishwakarma and the name of donor had already been recorded in survey khatiyan and he had been paying the rent

3. In this case, on 15.04.2024, two weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to file requisite for issuance of notice upon respondent nos. 4 to 8.

4. As the same was not complied, it stood dismissed on 29.04.2024.

5. Inadvertently and due to fault on part of the office, on 13.05.2024, it was recorded that the matter be listed after summer vacation.

6. As it already stands dismissed on 29.04.2024, nothing remains, perused the file, consigned.

7. The concerned official to submit show cause as to why instead of dismissing the matter pursuant to non-
