1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has prayed for considering her candidature for the post of Librarian within the Municipal Panchyat Area of East Champaran.
3. The respondents have submitted that the post of Librarian was not available in Municipal Panchayat , Chakiya, East Champaran for which she has applied. Thus, her candidature was not considered. Reply was also given to her under the R.T.I., which has not been placed on record.
4. Keeping in view above and also considering the fact that there is no right of employment available under the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9492 of 2018(2) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 Constitution and it is only right of consideration is available and as there is no post of Librarian available in the Municipal Panchayat Area of Chakiya, East Champaran, right of consideration again would also not lie.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition is found to be devoid of merit and accordingly dismissed.
