The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 A of Excise Act.

About 220 litre of country made liquor was recovered from the field of the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and he is in jail since 24.6.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chhapra in connection with Sonepur P.
