2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for setting aside the order dated 21.03.2015 passed in Misc. Case No. 286/201415 by A.D.M.-cum-Arbitrator, Kaimur at Bhabua whereby and where under the learned Arbitrator has rejected the claim of the petitioner to calculate the value of acquired land in dispute at
Patna High Court CWJC No.12676 of 2016(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 the rate of commercial in place of residential. And/or pass such any other order/orders which the court thinks the petitioner entitled for."
3. Learned State counsel submits that the Arbitrator has rejected the claim of the petitioner and the remedy lies under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
4. In that background, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority/court for the redressal of the grievance.
5. If any petition is preferred by the petitioner before the competent authority/court, the limitation petition shall be considered taking into account the fact that for almost a decade, the petition was pending before the Patna High Court.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
