The petitioner seeks bail in Ekma P.S. Case No. 129/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 333, 353, 395, 397, 398, 394, 392 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is the police officer who alleged that villagers of two villages made firing and looted away property of the villagers and even after order of the police they made indiscriminate firing. The petitioner is named at Serial no. 59 but no specific allegation is made. The petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
