2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 303 ( 2 ), 118 , 3(5) of the BNS Act 2023 . 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant and her husband with tangi. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11424 of 2025(2) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 373 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
