That by this writ application, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble court for issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to the respondents to consider and grant promotion on the post of Office Superintendent with all consequential benefits of service, when junior persons to the petitioner namely Manoranjan Ojha has been granted promotion on the post of Office Superintendent. Petitioner further prays for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, direction commanding the respondents to

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Circle, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 4, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 4, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
