JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-09-2022 The matter has been listed on a motion slip filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking disposal of the writ application for enabling the Authorities to consider representation made for compassionate appointment which are Annexures-8, 9 and 10 of the writ petition dated 17.09.2021, 21.10.2021 and 27.12.2021.

The limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner is disposal of the petitioner's representation/s claiming compassionate appointment, therefore, pendency of the writ petition would be futile and serve no useful purpose. Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that, in view of the limited submission advanced on

The respondent no.2 should consider the petitioner's representation/s and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within 8 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
