2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Chhapra Town P. S. Case No. 459 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., during preliminary enquiry, insurance policies submitted by the petitioner with respect to his three buses bearing registration nos. BR01PL2017, BR05PB5361 and BR05PB3495 were found forged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is owner of several buses and runs a banner under the name of Alok Bus Service in Bihar. The insurance policies in question were obtained through an insurance agent and petitioner had no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the fact that insurance policies of the buses of which petitioner is owner were found forged, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
