The present criminal writ application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R., namely, Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 553 of 2021 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Upon going through the F.I.R., it transpires that there is a specific allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.185 of 2022(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 petitioner and, therefore, this case cannot be quashed against the petitioner.

Counsel for the State submits that charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need of interference and, therefore, the present criminal writ application is hereby dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) sadique/- U T
