The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 18, 20, 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.
Krishna Ram, Gopi Lal, Lekha Singh Bhokta, the petitioner, were apprehended while going on a motor cycle. The petitioner was driving the motor cycle and the motor cycle belongs to the father of the petitioner. From the possession of Krishna Ram and Gopi Lal huge quantity of Posta Dana was recovered. Nothing was recovered from the possession of petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge about the fact that Krishna Ram and Gopi Lal were carrying narcotic substance in their bag.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40461 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in Barachatti P.S.
