Mr.Kumar Alok-Sc7 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 The only issue involved in the present writ petition is regarding grant of benefits of A.C.P.

The learned counsel for the respondents, referring to counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 4 and 6, submits that the benefits of first and second A.C.P. has already been granted to the petitioner herein, inasmuch as the same has been sanctioned and the actual monetary benefits would be paid as soon as the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 6.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6 for payment of the aforesaid amount whereupon the aforesaid amount shall be paid to the petitioner forthwith.
