====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners assaulted the daughter of informant and tried to outrage her modesty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He next submits that doctor has found the injury allegedly caused by these petitioners to be simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Considering the simple injury and other facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P. S. Case No. 120 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
