The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 421, 465 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7 of the E.C. Act and under different Sections of the Motor Vehicle Act. One truck was intercepted in which 100 bags of rice were found. It is alleged that the petitioner was sending the rice for black marketing. On inspection of the godown excess bags of rice were found and there was no shortage of foodgrains. Similarly situated accused has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42078 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Patahi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015.
