Two stolen motorcycles are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is a mechanic and the aforesaid motorcycles were seized from garage of the petitioner. Moreover, according to seizure list, alleged recovery was made on 13-03-2015 but the petitioner was remanded in the present case on 23-06-2015.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40611 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 amount each in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Shri Ashish Mishra, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gopalganj.
