Allegation against the petitioner is of making physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage and after that he refused to marry her.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that girl has been examined by the Medical Board and she was found to be major and the allegation itself shows that she was a consensual party.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

Case No. 20 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
