2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for initiation of of contempt against opposite parties for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 01.07.2024 in CWJC No. 2077 of 2024 by the Hon'ble Court by which the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari who required to take a decision after hearing the parties in next four months from the date of filing representation."

3. A show-cause has come on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, the Collector, East Champaran, according to which

Patna High Court MJC No.340 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 taking note of the non-cooperation of the petitioner, the petition was disposed of granting liberty to approach afresh alongwith supporting document.
