Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner as he has already been convicted by the learned court below itself in connection with Sessions Trial No. 91 of 2019, arising out of Matihani P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Begusarai. Permission is accorded.
