JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 353, 332, 333, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the informant is Chaukidar and he has lodged this case, just to pressurize, in non-refund of the money taken by the informant from the petitioners. Considering the background and nature of allegation as well as statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be
