A report had been called for from the court of 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum- SC/ST, Samastipur. In the said report, the court below has indicated that the Trial No. 573 of 2013 is likely to be concluded within a period of four months. In such circumstances, it is directed that the trial in question be concluded within a period of six months from today, failing which it will be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail.
It is, however, made clear that no unnecessary adjournments will be granted and the court shall ensure the appearance of the official witnesses so that the petitioner will not
