The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 253 of 2019 for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has issued cheque which has dishonoured.
