The petitioner seeks bail in Budha Colony P.S. Case no. 43/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vicky Rai, Rahul Darbhangia and Khusboo (the petitioner) are said to have come to the shop of the informant and demanded extortion. Vicky Rai took money from the shop of the informant after assaulting Dev Brata, Munsi of the shop. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Petitioner did not accompany Vicky Rai. No overt act is alleged against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
