The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.268 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the contents of the case diary and the statement of the injured, who have specifically made allegation against the petitioner, no case for anticipatory bail is made out, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
