Patna High Court L.P.A No.81 of 2025(8) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 appellants right are affected by virtue of the order of learned Single Judge dated 28.10.2024. In such an event, appellants have remedy of filing civil review in the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court decision in the case of Shivdev Singh and Ors. vs. State of Punjab and Ors. reported in AIR 1963 SC 1909.

2. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 81 of 2025 stands disposed of. Reserving liberty to the appellants to file civil review, in the event of filing civil review, the learned Single Judge is requested to give priority for admission.
