The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter but the victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. and disclosed that she voluntarily went alongwith the petitioner. Nobody has kidnapped her.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, District-West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015.
