Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 420 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Since the alleged recovery is said to have been made from the hut of the petitioner, in my view, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
