2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a well.

4. The petitioner and others are suspected to have killed the deceased.

5. There is no material against the petitioner except suspicion.

6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8828 of 2024(4) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
