====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 Heard Mr. Rana Baljit Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Jai Prakash Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank with regard to his claim.

3. The petitioner further seeks to file detail

Patna High Court CWJC No.1887 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/3 representation with Universal Account Number (UAN) allotted to him before respondent no. 7, the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna, for release of entire retiral dues payable to the petitioner along with statutory interest.

4. The petitioner must also obtain all the requisite forms which are required to be filled up by him and approval by the concerned authority of the Bank within a period of three weeks and ensure payment within further period of three weeks.

5. The Controlling Officer of the petitioner must provide entire record relating to the petitioner to the Managing Director, Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank, so that petitioner must forthwith be paid all the retiral admissible due in accordance with law.

6. The Managing Director, Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank ensures that he will call upon the Controlling Officer of the petitioner and all those Officers from where the petitioner had posted, so that without any further delay in want of record the pensionary benefit be not denied.

7. The above exercise must be taken by the Managing Director, Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank within a period of six weeks. He must further ensure that payment of all admissible dues on account of retirement of
