2. Both the petitioners are in custody since 18.07.2014 and 24.07.2014, respectively, in connection with alleged offences under Section 341, 323 and 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No.37 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and there is a case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the injury attributable to the assault of petitioner no.1 is simple in nature.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and as well as nature of head injuries caused to Satyendra Singh
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39061 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 attributable to the petitioner no.2 along with others in an occurrence in which petitioners are said to have participated, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners at this stage.
