2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have killed the deceased after three months of her marriage for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is in jail since 3.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
