2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 3.4.2018 passed in Complaint Case No. 1363 of 2017 / Tr. No. 2687 of 2018 passed by the SDJM, East, Muzaffarpur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued the case on merits but he is not able to raise any technical ground which may incline this Court to quash the impugned order and it appears that this case has been filed only to delay the trial of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9194 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 with a direction to the concerned Magistrate to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he is also directed to send a compliance report to this Court after six months.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Muzaffarpur through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
