JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 The petitioner seeks a direction to consider the qualification of Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) as equivalent to graduation. The petitioner claims that he has qualification of BCA from Bangalore University, which is recognized by the Government of Karnataka.

I fail to appreciate the reason behind filing of the present application. There is nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner ever claimed, for any purpose before any authority, his said BCA qualification to be equivalent to graduation. This is not the petitioner's case that he applied somewhere and his application has been rejected on that ground. There is vague plea in the writ application that certain

I am not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner in the aforesaid facts and circumstances. I have not gone into the question as to whether the BCA qualification is equivalent to graduation or not.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have at liberty to raise the issue, if the situation so arises in future. This disposes of the application.
