Case No. 103 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 333, 353, 307, 427, 272, 273, 279, 337, 338/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26, 27 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It appears that police intercepted one Scorpio vehicle which dashed police vehicle and driver of the vehicle tried to flee away, petitioner was not arrested at the spot but later on his mobile was found in the vehicle, as such he is named in the FIR. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody for more than one month, having no criminal

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, corresponding to G.O. Case No. 499 of 2019, subject to the condition that after release he has to appear before I.O. and cooperate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
